Shipping and returns

Immediately after your order, your desired products will be lovingly packed and sent on their way to you.

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

The flat-rate shipping fee for orders within Germany is 9.90€

Deliveries abroad

We deliver to the following countries:

Shipping to these islands is excluded: Canary Islands, Åland Islands.

Delivery times

Your parcel will be delivered climate-neutral with the Go Green shipping service of Deutsche Post (DHL). All orders are processed as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days within Germany, and within 5 - 14 days for international deliveries.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Returns

We will of course be delighted if you are satisfied with your order and like the goods delivered. If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact us first at info@haptik.de. For the sake of our environment andto help reduce CO2 emissions, we do not offer free returns. You can return the goods to us in the packaging in which you received them at your own expense. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

You can pay for your purchase with the following options:

- Payment by instant bank transfer (via Klarna)

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
