Shipping policy
Immediately after your order, your desired products will be lovingly packaged and sent on their way to you.
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
The flat-rate shipping fee for orders within Germany is 5.90€ for shipments up to 1kg and 9.90 for orders over 1kg.€
Deliveries abroad
We deliver to the following countries:

Shipping to these islands is excluded: Canary Islands, Åland Islands.
Delivery times
Your parcel will be delivered climate neutrally with the Go Green shipping service of Deutsche Post (DHL). All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days within Germany, and within 5 - 14 days for international deliveries.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

You can pay for your purchase with the following options:

- Payment by instant bank transfer (via Klarna)
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

- Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
