Long version: Galerie haptik is located in a heritage-listed transverse warehouse within Brasseriehof, in Flensburg’s historic Old Town. If you are strolling along the pedestrian zone, you can turn into Brasseriehof near Café Extrablatt—look for the "haptik" sign. The warehouse is at the far end of the courtyard; you will find us on the right-hand side as you walk through the building. Arriving by car? The best approach is via Speicherlinie. There is a passageway near building number 20; driving through it leads to our courtyard, where you can park during your visit—ideally on the right, beneath the "haptik" sign.

We accept payments with EC and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google and Apple Pay as well as instant bank transfer via Klarna.

Once you have received notification that your order has been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days within Germany, and within 5 - 14 days for deliveries abroad.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The flat-rate shipping fee for orders within Germany is 5.90€ for shipments up to 1kg and 9.90€ for orders over 1kg.
Within the EU, standard shipping up to 1kg costs 14.90€
Standard shipping over 1kg costs 19.90€

We deliver to all EU countries with the exception of the Canary Islands and the Åland Islands. We also deliever to Switzerland. If you want us to ship to the UK, please contact us and we'll make a proposal for shipping cost, etc.
